E-Commerce a new and Modern Barter Trade

During the late 16^th century, the trading between the Philippines and Mexico was on its peak season, it lasted until the 19^th century, this was commonly called the Manila-Acapulco Trade or The Gallon Trade.

The Gallon  is a cargo ship where in products from the Southern  part of the world are being carried on to the Philippines, to be sold to our natives, examples are the silk, porcelain, precious pearls, cotton and the like. This is the history of the trading industry here in the Philippines. But that was before, because nowadays, traders don’t need to travel from one country to another to be able to sell their products.

Trading can now be done even at home with the use of the internet you can now make business transactions to any part of the world. No wonder why the trading industries from all parts of the world are growing even faster than before, investors can easily access their accounts thru the use of the internet.

Ever since E-commerce was introduced to the business world, business transactions are done right in front of your computers. E-commerce or electronic commerce as we defined it is a process of buying and selling thru the internet. Business people are busy people but with the use of the new generation computers they can now sit and relax while checking their assets and liabilities in the internet. Imagine how internet can make our business lives easier, hassle free and risk worth-taking. That’s the new and easy way of transacting business while relaxing in a beach.
